Dan Brown

Just heard some incredible numbers about Brown's new book, The Lost Symbol. It had an initial print run of over 5 million books and on Tuesday, the release day, over one million were sold. Wow. I just thought it was interesting.

As much as I didn't care for the DaVinci Code, Dan Brown was pretty funny and charming on NPR the other day.

Still, I don't plan to read his new book anytime soon.

I'm on the list at the libe, so I'll read it when it comes. The list is just over 2100 people now.

Holy cow! Amazing numbers.

I was totally sucked into The DaVinci Code when I read it, but I'm really not interested in going there again. I'm sure I'll be able to pick up a cheap copy of the new book at the next library sale...maybe I'll read it then.

Hey, I'm going to try for some of the JNJ luck and stop at our library sale on my way home from work tomorrow morning! I'm off by 11, because I'm in the cash office, so the sale should still be somewhat fresh! Doubt I will find The Lost Symbol yet, but hope to find a few good things!

That is amazing... I really enjoyed Davinchi Code and Angels and demons... I am actually pretty excited to read this book although I have heard it is the same story redone..
